The postage rate is calculated according to the size and weight of your order, with 2nd class being the standard (3-4 days)

The 1st class delivery (1-2 days) option is charged at a higher rate. Select 1st class for non-UK orders

Each card and envelope comes wrapped in an instruction sleeve with details such as where to write your message. 

The particularly quirky cards also come with folding instructions for the recipient

Postage includes suitable packaging – either in a hardback envelope or a box depending on the size of the order. 

Very large orders may be boxed in reused packaging help reduce disposable waste

Returns & Exchanges

In addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, we have a 14 day no quibble guarantee unused and undamaged products, excluding commissions*. Please note that these cards are hand-finished to a different standard than most machine-made, shop-bought products and that some faint residue around the cuts is normal.

*Commissions are made to order so cannot be exchanged or refunded if you change your mind or have supplied incorrect details (spellings, dates etc). We will only give refunds in the very rare event that there is a fault.

If you need to send your card  back to us for exchange or refund please include a note with your name, address and what action you would like us to take (eg: please exchange for  a different colour or design / please refund to my payment card). It would be appreciated  if you could tell us why the card is being returned.

All you need to do is send the card, with it's envelope, back (in a suitably robust packaging to avoid damage) and we will act on it as soon as it arrives here. We advise getting some proof of posting but using a signed-for service is not necessary. 

We regret that we are unable to refund postage for delivery and returned items except in the unlikely event that the original goods are faulty.
